Our company takes tremendous pride in our safety program and makes safety a core value in every aspect of our operations. Each of our employees undergoes a company safety orientation prior to working in the field.


The company continually provides on-going safety and operations training. We strive to promote a culture of safety and quality from our upper management down through our work force.


Our employees have received training and certifications in DOT pipeline operator, 24 hour HAZWOPER, confined space entry, and certified crane operator.


W.D. Phillips also participates in the petroleum industry safety program, ISNnetworld, an online subcontractor and supplier data management program. Members of this program can review our safety record online.
